At Edgy Pickleball, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.
Returns Accepted: We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging. You can remove the item from the packaging (ex. testing size of tape on the paddle), but you must return it to the original packaging.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return label and packaging. We recommend using discounted shipping software such as Shippo.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
